Upload Accounting Import

Upload an accounting-journal export (CSV/Excel) — parse, persist, match.

The parse/persist/match orchestration lives in :func:invoiage_core.accounting.reconciliation.services.journal_intake.import_accounting_journal so the unified document-intake worker takes the identical path for a journal export dropped on Documents → Upload (doc/pipeline.md §"Unified intake").
