Settle Entry Late

Book a movement whose own period is closed into a LATER open period (Nachbuchung).

The movement itself never changes: every journal entry it produces is posted at posting_date with the movement's own date as its value date, marked "(Nachbuchung)", with the written reason on its audit row. Refused (409/422) unless the movement's own date really is closed, the date is later and not in the future, the target period is open, every matched invoice is already booked, the cash is not before its invoice, and nothing else already accounts for the money. VAT that falls in an already filed window is declared in the next open window, never written into the filed one. Reopening the period is the alternative when the year is not yet approved (alternative names it). dry_run shows exactly what would be booked and writes nothing. Accountant, owner or admin.
