Every picture is listed now, image_job_max_items to a batch, and each batch is a row on Activity: the first of each kind starts, the rest wait their turn. Downloading and cutting out follows each download batch with a cut-out batch for what it brought in, after the pictures already here. everything (decision 237) takes every image again: each link fetched again, every product photo cut out again, and with both each download batch cut out again after it. 409 image-job-running while either kind asked for is under way or queued; 400 when neither is asked for.
