Export Session Endpoint

GDPR Art. 15 export — full PII bundle for the session, decrypted.

Returns every personal data field this controller holds about the data subject in scope of the session: capture metadata, consent record, decrypted PII, screening hits, review case + reviewer notes, fraud signals, and the list of webhook recipients the data was forwarded to. Document download URLs are HMAC-signed and valid for 24 hours.

The full payload's SHA-256 is recorded in the audit log so a future compliance review can prove what was disclosed.
