• Same partner and program association
• Same modality configuration (with workshops)
• Same scheduling preferences (preferred days/times)
• Name set to "[Original Name] (copy)" unless custom name provided
• New auto-generated cohort code
• No dates (start/end dates cleared)
• No participants, groups, or coach assignments
• Status set to 'draft'
