Warming

Set warmup seed phrase

Sets the account-level warmup seed phrase and fans out signature updates to every currently-warming mailbox asynchronously (one queued job per campaign; the response returns immediately). New mailboxes pick the phrase up when warming is enabled. Send an empty string to clear it.
