Warming

Enable warming

Enable warming for one or more email users. Creates campaigns and starts warmup. Warming is billed at enable time ($0.60/mailbox/month): newly enabled mailboxes are charged a full month upfront and added to the recurring warming line item. Amounts already paid for mailboxes that never activated are credited automatically, so retries are not double-charged.
