Reconnect warming

Re-sends the mailbox's current password to its warming campaign and restarts warming. Use it for a mailbox whose warming_status is connection_problem (shown as "Problem"), typically after the mailbox password was changed. The campaign is updated in place, so the mailbox's warming history is kept. A paused mailbox receives the password update only and stays paused.
