Exchange board

A preset cover image

Changed on

One of the bundled preset covers as PNG (<id>.png; the ids are GET /exchange/board/me's coverPresets). No authentication: the presets are abstract pictures every post shares. 404 for an unknown id, and while EXCHANGE_BOARD_ENABLED is off.
