Store the preview PNG of a shared wireframe

Authenticates server-side as PocketBase superuser and uploads preview_image into the preview_image field of the wireframe_states record wireframeId; GET /api/share/{token}/{filename} later serves it. No caller authentication. PocketBase errors are answered with their HTTP status and message (status 500 when none).
