Raw (predicted, observed) pairs behind /v1/sentinel/accuracy, returned only when they are validated. Otherwise it returns 200 with status unvalidated, metrics_validated false and outcomes null (a held status, not an outage; Cache-Control: no-store); no calibration bins are published while /v1/sentinel/accuracy is held.
