Trust-wrapped current risk for a country

Returns the experimental 7-day score (trust.probability) with top-3 SHAP contributions, a similar historical incident and recent evidence permalinks: the trust-wrapped view of /v1/forecast/{cc}/7day's max risk. trust.interval_90 is null while the 90% interval is withheld (trust.interval_90_status). Onset timing is unproven; see /v1/forecast/onset-skill.
