Shopify App Uninstalled Webhook

Handle Shopify's app/uninstalled webhook.

Shopify authenticates delivery with X-Shopify-Hmac-SHA256 over the raw body. Verified deliveries are durably recorded and acknowledged before a worker retires the installation and clears its now-dead local credential.
