Redeem the managed App Home continuation and enter Clerk linking.

The short-lived URL token contains no provider credential. Redemption is atomic in Redis and produces the longer-lived httpOnly claim cookie used by authenticated resolve, so copying or replaying the URL cannot create a second browser claim.
