Get Chatgpt Conversion Events

The account's conversion events, live, for the card editor's "Optimize for" picker.

Returns {pixel, events: [{event_type, name, id}], ready, reason, help_url, ads_manager_url}; ready false means a conversions card cannot launch yet and reason says what to set up where.
