Upload Campaign Image

Upload a new campaign image and update database records. This endpoint is used for manual image edits instead of replacing an existing image.

Args: file: The image file to upload campaign_id: Campaign ID idea_number: Campaign idea number image_type: Type of image (defaults to EMAIL_IMAGE) current_user: The authenticated user db: Database session

Returns: JSON response with the result including new image URL
