Prune Old Rows

Dispatch nightly row retention (llm_calls / pixel_events) via Celery.

Schedule this from LapisCRON after /backup-database so the dump always contains the rows about to be pruned. Windows are configured by LLM_CALLS_RETENTION_DAYS / PIXEL_EVENTS_RETENTION_DAYS.
