Appsumo Monthly Topup

Grant monthly credit top-ups to all active AppSumo license holders.

Called by LapisCRON monthly. Credits are based on license tier:

  • Silver (tier 1): APPSUMO_MONTHLY_CREDITS_SILVER
  • Gold (tier 2): APPSUMO_MONTHLY_CREDITS_GOLD
  • Platinum (tier 3): APPSUMO_MONTHLY_CREDITS_PLATINUM

Deduplicates by checking if a 'appsumo_monthly_topup' credit transaction already exists for the user in the current calendar month.
