List Connectors Health Endpoint

List connector health state rows with filters.

Each query parameter that accepts multiple values (status, cluster_name, org_id) AND-combines across distinct keys but OR-combines (IN) within one key. Example query string:

?status=crashing&status=wal_slot_held_by_stale_walsender&cluster_name=ardent-aws-prod-eks

returns rows where status ∈ {crashing, wal_slot_held_by_stale_walsender} AND cluster_name = ardent-aws-prod-eks.
