Upload Signage

The photograph of the sign an admin asked for, with the claim's short code in view: proof for one centre of a brand. It is the claim's, like a draft photograph, and unlike one it never becomes a picture of the centre: no gallery lists it and it is deleted when the centre is decided. A second upload replaces the first.
