Geocode Address

Resolve a free-text address to coordinates for the client map search. Reuses the server-side geocoder (Nominatim in prod, deterministic stub in tests).

bbox is the extent of the place when what was typed is a town or a district rather than an address, and null otherwise: the map opens on the whole of "Milano", and on a neighbourhood around "via Tortona 12".
