Set Sales Mode

Turn published prices — or self-serve booking — on and off.

Both default to false because that is what the Italian market does, and the demo of 6 October opens on the model the operator in the room actually runs. This is a switch to flip in the room rather than a story to tell, and it is the same endpoint on the pilot, so nothing shown here is demo-only.

Audited: this changes what the public can see about someone's business.
