Get cluster status (orchestrator-agnostic alias for /status/swarm).

Returns the same data as /status/swarm. This endpoint provides a backend-agnostic name that will work for both Docker Swarm and future Kubernetes deployments.

Authentication: JWT token required Access: ADMIN and SUPERADMIN only
