Per-instance runtime (seconds the microVM held memory, from the orchestrator's residency reports), plus the model and tool calls made with each instance's own inference key, over a window. Spend here is a subset of GET /teams/me/usage, never in addition to it.

Window to report over. period reads as the last 7 days; instances have no subscription period of their own.
