OpenCompany

Provision a new hosted OpenCompany instance

Reserves the subdomain, creates the tenant on the Rust orchestrator, and records the caller as owner. Open to any authenticated user; no paid plan is required. Each user may own up to OPENCOMPANY_MAX_INSTANCES_PER_USER instances (default 10).
