Describe a pending manual key grant

What the dashboard shows before creating the key: the origin that asked, the label the key will carry, and its scopes. Reads the grant without spending it, and answers 404 for a code that is missing, expired, already used, or not this account's — one answer for all of them, so a caller cannot probe for live codes.
