Mint a guild link token for the authenticated user

Returns a short-lived (10 minute), single-use token that binds this account to a Discord account on the guild dashboard (guild.tinyhumans.ai), plus the URL to open: the dashboard's /link route with the token in the URL fragment. If the user already linked Discord here, the token carries that Discord id and the dashboard can open a session for it directly.
