List Projects

List the caller's projects.

settings.surface isolates non-bulk product surfaces that reuse the project model but must NEVER appear in — or be deletable from — the bulk workspace. The single-image ("quick") entry stores its per-generation history in its own surface="quick" project. The default (no surface) list therefore EXCLUDES hidden surfaces; pass ?surface=quick to fetch that project explicitly (how the quick UI finds its own project).
