Update Automation Settings

Upsert the caller's tryon automation toggles. Partial — only the keys present in the body are touched. neutralize_garment_enabled (bool), qa_auto_regen_enabled (bool) and recipes ([{recipe_key, enabled?, trigger?}]) are all user-level. updated_by records the last writer (user or admin).
