Storage Bulk Get

App-backend → Platform: resolve N file_ids to their s3_keys in one round-trip. Dual-auth: X-Internal-Key (caller identity) + iframe JWT (user attribution + scope). Used by per-app backends on job submission so they don't trust raw client-supplied s3_keys.
