Update My Brand

Partial update for the brand profile. Mutable fields: name, email, phone, location, team_size. country is set-once (locks billing currency). Manufacturer linking lives at POST /brand/me/link. Empty strings are treated as None so the frontend can clear a field by sending "".

apply_logo_to_techpacks: switching it on backfills the brand logo onto existing tech packs that have no logo; switching it off only stops future prefills.
