Upload My Brand Logo

Upload (or replace) the brand logo. apply_to_techpacks is the answer to "apply this logo to all tech packs?": when true the logo is written as the cover logo on existing tech packs that have none — or that still show the previous brand logo — and prefilled on every new tech pack.
