Activate Trial

Start a Stripe-backed trial for the plan the user chose.

Returns a Checkout URL (mode="subscription", subscription_data. trial_period_days=settings.trial_duration_days, payment_method_collection ="always") — the card is collected up front and Stripe auto-bills the same plan when the trial ends. The org/Subscription trial fields are set by the Stripe webhook once checkout completes, not here.
