Update Subscription Seats

Change how many seats the org pays for.

  • More seats: Stripe charges now for the rest of the current period (prorated), so every seat renews together.
  • Fewer seats: no refund. The seats already paid for stay usable until the period ends; the lower count is billed from the next renewal.
