Create Manufacturer Checkout

Create Stripe Checkout for a manufacturer tech pack at the factory's listed price (techpack_price_cents).

ThreadChain collects the full amount. On successful payment the webhook records a credit lot with platform fee = max($40, 25% of gross) and the manufacturer's net share. Earnings accrue for monthly factory payout.
