Post Checkout Session

Open a Stripe Checkout Session for a real-money top-up (TOS-3810 D2).

Only for identities the admin has switched to funding_mode='test' or funding_mode='real_money'. Bypass identities stay on the free POST /api/billing/credits/topup rail. No credit is granted here; the wallet is credited by the webhook once Stripe confirms the payment actually happened.
