Replay Turn

Replay one visible historical turn through the production interactive path.

The endpoint intentionally runs exactly one turn. A cohort driver invokes it repeatedly so each sample has its own Cloud Run request and trace root; a long serial batch inside one request would exceed the request deadline and would make per-sample infrastructure overhead impossible to reconcile.
