Get Product Event Summary

Daily event counts for one event_key over the trailing days.

Uses the idx_product_events_key_time (event_key, created_at DESC) index (migration 463). Days with zero events are omitted - the caller sums/charts what is present; a missing day is a real zero, not an error.
