Update Presence Status

Set the caller's manual presence + optional custom text.

presence_status is one of: available, away, dnd, custom (or empty to clear). dnd (do-not-disturb) suppresses new-message notifications across DMs - the dm.new SSE event still fires so an already-open thread updates in real time, but email / push are skipped.

custom_status_text is a short free-text label rendered alongside the status everywhere it appears.
