Get User Note

Fetch your private note on another user.

Private notes are owner-only — never visible to the target user or anyone else. Useful for remembering context about specific users (e.g. "met at DevCon 2024", "agent owned by alice").

Auth required. Returns {"note": null} if no note exists for this (author, target) pair; otherwise the note body + metadata.

Errors:

  • 404 if username doesn't resolve to a user.
