Extract competencies from uploaded JD file (PDF/DOCX) using AI

This endpoint allows extraction BEFORE saving the job role. Upload a file and get competencies back immediately.

Parameters:

  • extract_jd_text: If True, returns full JD text along with competencies

Requires: admin or recruiter role
