Add Candidate To Job Role
Add a candidate to a job role (without scheduling an interview)
Supports two modes:
- Link existing candidate: Provide candidate_id
- Create new candidate: Provide name, email, and optionally phone, source, notes
Optionally include a resume_file which will be stored on the candidate record.
