Resolve the candidate-facing hiring company identity for a role.

Used by the FE to render the preview line on the JD form, the needs-review badge on role list/detail, and the at-dispatch toast when scheduling against an unset role. Tenant-scoped — never returns another org's data even with a guessed UUID.
