Request Port In

Port-in intake: a business keeps its existing number. Per-field errors are agent-readable so the agent can ask its owner precise follow-ups. The carrier PIN/password is NEVER accepted — only the boolean that the customer has it; secret-shaped payloads die at the guard, and fields named like the secret itself are rejected by validation.
