DELETE /v1/orgs/{orgId}/domains/{domainId}

Removes an email domain from the org's WorkOS organization. Restricted to org admins; returns 404 for anyone else or when the domain does not belong to the org. Returns 403 when the plan lacks the sso entitlement (Business and Enterprise grant it).
