Lists which Tessl project each Linear team's deliveries run in, for the organization's Linear connection. A linearTeamId of * is the catch-all for teams without a route of their own. Deliveries from teams with no route are ignored. meta.revision identifies this set of routes; a save sends it back as expectedRevision.
