GET /experimental/orgs/{orgId}/schedules/runs/home

Reads the Factory floor: Project Loop runs in the org the caller can view, as independent slices by the status Home presents (pending by progress phase, completed by agent outcome, failed, cancelled). Each slice holds up to 10 runs newest-created first with the run id as tie-breaker, and says whether it has more. Pending runs of any age are included; finished runs only when created within the last 24 hours, which says when a run started, not when it finished. Slice totals are not counted.
