GET /experimental/launch-runs/{id}/live-progress

Changed on

Returns the content of one live-progress file uploaded by a running or completed launch run. Returns 204 No Content while the file has not been uploaded yet. Only metrics.json and prepare-subphases.json are accessible. A metrics.json returned mid-run may carry "partial": true.
