Retrieve an existing quote

Returns the cached quote by ID. pricing.price_per_night uses the SAME definition as POST /quote — the all-in average (total / nights) — not the rail-specific cached per-night figure (redefined 2026-08; the two endpoints previously disagreed about the same quote id). When nights is not positive the response falls back to the cached per-night figure and omits price_per_night_basis.
