Run Lesson

Run a generated lesson with streaming response.

This endpoint streams the AI tutor's response using SSE (Server-Sent Events). It uses the marker approach for tool calls (same as practice system).

Events:

• token: Individual tokens for real-time display
• sentence: Complete sentences for TTS
• tools: Parsed marker results (step_update, blackboard_update, etc.)
• done: Stream complete with timing info
• error: If something goes wrong
